Researching Surnames: Most of my surnames are from the area of south - central Wisconsin,and northern Wisconsin: Schindler - Stange - Greeneburg - Reige - Beyer - Baysinger - Baumgardner Bio: I was born: Kathryn,Estelle Stange [pronounced stung - ee] on May 2,1941 in Beaver Dam,Wis. [Dodge County] I have one brother Kenneth b. 4-3-37. My parents were Carl H. & Helen A. [Baysinger] Stange. I married Fred B. Strickler Sr. 9 - 20 - 58 and we have 2 children: Helen M and Fred B. Jr. Helen has 1 son Jared. Fred & his wife Linda have 3 girls: Brandy (Fred adopted her) Holly & Hannah. I enjoy my computer/internet very much - instrumental music - writing poetry - and some crafting. The one thing I am trying to find out,is if I am a part of the Schindler line,from which the infamous "Oscar Schindler" (of the book & movie:"Schindler's List") came. |
