howard to all
I have a question about security or lock. Somehow I changed my computer to ask each time I want to get into some sites of mine, which require a login name and password. It use to allow me to click on the window and a list of passwords would appear, and you choose which password you wish and that site would open. NOW, I no longer have this option, I now have to type in each time my login name and password. Question: how do I get my old settings back? To appear whenever I click on that window? As an example: above you see From: and To:.....well if you click on that 'From window' a list of your regular names appera. But now mine don't do that.

More Little-Known Facts About Santa
Last week we told you what we found out about the jolly fat man's summer home in Missouri, his liquor violation in Texas, and his fellow Missourians Frosty Snow and Rudolph Claus. We are grateful to Marilyn R. Finke of the Central Plains Region branch of NARA for adding the following valuable tidbit of information about the Show-Me State Santa:
'It's well known that Santa is found on the 1930 Federal Census but the Central Plains Regional NARA branch has another document of Santa, still living in Marshall, MO in 1942. We house the World War II 4th registration of the draft (the old men's draft) for Santa Claus. In 1942, he is 54 years old, still lives in Marshall, MO, and lists his occupation as self-employed minister. The signature is Rev. Santa Claus. His height is 5 foot 3 inches and weight is 180 pounds, just right for Santa.'

Thanks for the information and now to find anyplace that might have kidneys! Maybe that is why my mom was very careful to get any little bet of unwanted stuff out of the beef fat. Takes awhile to do that to get that really smoooth suet. Next time I will adventure earlier in the year for good suet. I know a few people here abouts that raise their own beef. Thanks and good to hear from you.

You can besure that the ski areas would love to have that snow on their runs. This time of the year our town should be hopping with skier during Christmas break. Nothing is going on anywhere that I know of at the ski resorts. Just sent that snow our way. LOL

Now the Suet Isue: I lived next door to a FDA meat instector and it was what he said.. He showed me samples and it was free then. Very 'marble looking' globs of pure white.

Con to All celebrants
Don't care what you are celebrating, but whatever it is, I can only hope it is a joyous one. The temperature here is supposed to reach the upper 60s with bright sunshine all weekend and that's what I'm celebrating. Being well retired, I can live anywhere in the world I want to, and I do.
