re: NORBERT EDWARD BLAIR's death info on microfilm..... I went to the URL I posted for ya. Besides various places in B.C. listed where the microfilm collection is available for viewing free of charge (hahaha), you can go to the Family History Center in Bloomfield!..... It says: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints holds a copy of the microfilm collection in its archives in Salt Lake City, Utah. Individuals may borrow rolls of the microfilm collection through any of the Church's Family History Centers.

Delia is way too old to have been married to Alfred NORTON.. do you think that Delia part is just an error/family folklore? OR she could be some other Delia and have never been an OSTRANDER....According to my NORTON info wife number one was Dellia. There is listed both a Nettie and a Nellie....And what happend to Bradley ? Do you suppose he went with Deliz's family? Nellie must have been married to a RREDDICK or a REDMAN.

we love you too Toni! Try to relax thru it... listen to some music if they let you & don't worry (doesn't accomplish anything anyway LOL) Know we're all pulling for ya in here & saying prayers today for a good outcome. BTW, when I was going in for mine, my sister told me to take whatever extra pillows I could from them & it makes it a little more comfy. (they just put one under my knees & boy did that help) I think the only rotten part was how loud/long the banging of the machine was and having to stay still for so long LOL. Was over before I knew it.

Isit possible for you to do one more favor for me? You found Bradley NORTON or M. Bradley NORTON in two census rolls. Once he was in Niagra Falls and the other time in Buffalo. I was wondering if his mother's place of birth is listed.

Thank you. Well it can't be Nellie for a couple of reasons, one she was borm in WI and her husband did not die until 1887, Bradley being born in 1888. It is going to be very difficult to track dowm the first Mrs. Alfred B. NORTON.

For those in Canadian research going to the FHCs to request the film, check the FHL catalog first and see if they have the same information that they had filmed, rather than the Canadian govt. We found a world of difference it the quality of the filmings. LDS better.

I hope that when you all are researching in the census at Ancestry that you realize that they do NOT have all the small towns in some counties covered, esp. finding that in the New York census records. Allegany county is one that is not completely covered, I have to use the census at genealogy.com to find what I am looking for.

Actually I have all 3. What one doesn't have the other does. Genealogy.com has all the years except 1920 and 1930 transcribed. Ancestry doesn't have 1910 transcribed, so I can take the roll #'s, county. town, and page #'s shown there and go to genalogy.com and have no problem pulling it up. One of the years ancestry didn't have Friendship in their listings. Right now I am in the middle of 1900 Friendship looking for your Bradley, maybe he will turn up there as a 12 yr. old??

Can I give you one more. David Hall NORTON's first wife was Sally HARRISON. She died and then he married Diantha. Sally and David had one child Harrison R. NORTON. Harry was born in Friendship April 22, 1858. He married Emma HYDE. I have him leaving Friendship and going to Hassam CT wher ehe was a pricipal of a boy's school and later Superintendent of the County Home. He died in 1913 in MIddletown CT . He had one son Jonnie born 1879. I was hoping to find out more of Jonnie and also if there were more children.

What do you think? also any mail from MA? We will wait until next Monday and then I will make a follow up call if you do not receive the forms.
