Some time ago, I signed up for a List called The Finger Lake List. It included nothern NYS into Canada. Thought some of your relatives might have come from there. You could also joined the Erie County List..I'm on that & it's quite active as well. Good Luck in your search!!

Gladys, This site has archives. Maybe you could find your CLEGG surname by looking through the archives. You may be able to bringup the name...fool around with it a bit.

In entering more data into my PAF database, I found a HALLMARK that married one of my BYNUM ancestors. l He married Sarah/Sallie Ann BYNUM who was the daughter of Laurie BYNUM and Allison BLAKELEY. Allison died 1852. He and Sarah/Sallie Ann married in 1848/1849 in AL. Hope this might help someone. Bea

Just found 5 of my Great-Grandparent's children. They were all born in Greene Co., NY in Coxockie (sp). I also got a really good lead on their mother who lived close by. Their last name was COONLEY & their mother's maiden name was TITUS. Does anyone know of someone who does work on directories? I have the possible location of Ulilla TITUS & would like to check with someone who might have this information.

Doing some more research for my cousin Bonny: her great grandad Michael(I think his last name was Ryan,or maybe it's Wearing - I'll have to call her back and ask.) had 4 - 5 children, some of them were Mary - Dennis - John - Daniel and possibly a Patrick. His wife(Michael's) was a Hannah Hayes, from Ireland.
Thomas Ryan who was the grandfather, was a police officer with the ChicagoPD.,when he died in 1934. His wife was Nina Pickwick,Ryan. She was from Ireland,as well as the rest of the Ryan clan.
Thanks Donna for all you emailed me.
