Jen to Mr. B & Room
I cannot find any 'proof' of my GrtGrandfather except from some papers which his oldest daughter wrote up. The other information came from the 1880 Census which was put out by the LDS last year & there is a rather large gap between the time which I felt he was born & the time he ended up in WI & the rest of the states which he was in where his children were born. I will have to get hold of my Uncle once again, but he claims he never knew his Grandfather. May you all have a most blessed Easter!!

In my state you ask for addendum forms. They are papers you fill out that will be submitted and always accompany the original death certificate. I have been meaning to correct the name of my grandmother. I think when I am down visiting my parents and we go in and get some certificates then we will see to doing that. For instance, my father's death certificate was issued with very little information about his parents. I have also been meaning to change that. I think there might also be some fees involved? I am surprised they did not offer you the forms to fill out and submit? Good luck.

I am looking for information on John Collyer of Marblehead MA. who m. Mrs. Lydia Gary of Marblehead on 4 Dec 1787. I would like to know who his parents were. Is he Lydia's second husband? I found a Lydia Cook who married a Domnick Gary in 1780 but have been unable to find a death record for Domnick. Who were John and Lydia's children? I have 4 listed Lydia b. 31 Aug 1788, John b. 20 Mar. 1791, Elizabeth White b. 18 May 1794 and Ebenezer b. abt 1798. Were there more children? Any help with this family greatly appreciated. Thanks.
